How are the lessons going?

- meeting in the studio, with in your favorite uniform
- the coach will ask about your wishes and health features
- the workout begins by thoroughly warming up the body
- the main part of the lesson takes place under the supervision of the trainer and with his individual approach to you

Formation of a beautiful body relief, work with your own weight, healthy weight loss.

- the workout begins by thoroughly warming up the body (cardio or aktiv active warm-up)
- the main part of the lesson takes place doing fitness exercises under the supervision of the trainer and with his individual approach to you
- the workout ends with relaxation and rest
What do you need for classes?
A comfortable form,sneakers for training, small towel and your positive attitude.

POINT KIDS
Children's dance group

Study period: September / June + Dance summer camp
Direction: contemporary dance (classical and modern dance training techniques)
Age: 4-6 years old and 7-12 years old
Frequency: 3 times a week (Tue, Thu, Sat)
Lesson duration: 120-60 minutes

Program:
- once a week stretching (carried out by an international master of sports in rhythmic gymnastics in separate workouts)
2 times a week dances:
-classical training
-technique contemporary dance
- the basics of improvisation
-the technique of parterre (dance on the floor) and partnering (dance in pairs)
-setting numbers
-participation in dance events
-internal reporting concert in the middle of the year
- release concert
